They are UV stabilised, durable, and approved by the USFDA and EU, and in an eco-conscious manoeuvre we are also licenced by EPI Environmental Technologies to utilise the option of degradable plastic additive technology (TDPA).
In short, our plastics are pretty much as environmentally friendly – and invincible – as plastic can be.

Because our machines are capable of manufacturing film 100mm up to 2500mm in width and in thicknesses from 25mu up to 250mu, we can supply our plain, printed, or branded plastic film to builders and other tradesmen.
Using building film for purposes such as preventing rising damp from affecting the quality and longevity of your stationary goods is a vital – and practical – plan that will save you money in the long run.
Flexoplas Packaging Ltd also recommend laying our building films under your concrete slab as a moisture and vapour barrier. Builders know that laying a good concrete slab is a bit of an art form and avoiding the complications created by water is one more step towards success.
The industrial thickness of our polyethylene is strong enough to withstand the rigours of construction and will not deteriorate or allow any ground moisture to penetrate your slab.
Our building and general-purpose films are UV and tear-resistant and ideal for use as:

Time to meet the head honchos who make Flexoplas work so well.
They’re a mixed bunch (but hugely talented) who have accumulated a total of 125 years’ work experience in plastics!

Ian Hume is our Managing Director. Ian has kept pace with this fast-moving plastic packaging arena, starting out in production; sales; then right to the top. Participating in every phase of what he calls an exciting industry has given him the insight needed to lead with aplomb.

Bruce Harris is our Finance Director. A cheerful chap, particularly when Flexoplas is in the black! Bruce is a chartered accountant with many years’ experience creating financial solutions for number of companies over the years and 20 years in plastics.

Geoff Harnett – Director, brings a wealth of experience in engineering and management. He has been involved in the plastic packaging industry for a large portion of his working life but also brings experience from other industries.

Our Key Account Manager is Christine Stokes. The ability to talk plastics is a skill not to be underestimated but relating and responding to our many key clients is what Christine enjoys most. Thirty years in print and packaging means Christine is the whizz on flexible, corrugated and offset printing.
